AutoStatus is useful for short availability changes like lunch, commuting, or travel because those statuses go stale quickly. Describe the window once and AutoStatus clears it at the right time.

Lunch statuses should have a short expiration. “Out for lunch” is useful only if it clears when you are back, otherwise it becomes noise.
